Horticon Field, Moor Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 6DN

Come along between 10am and 3pm - all welcome !

The Lindow Moss Landscape Partnership aims to enhance access to the unique landscape of Lindow Moss and restore the sensitive lowland peat and lowland heath habitats that supports a wide range of species, including birds, bats, butterflies and moths.

The Lindow Moss Landscape Partnership includes Transition Wilmslow, Friends of Lindow Moss, Wilmslow Town Council, Cheshire East Council, local parish councils, Groundwork, Mersey Rivers Trust and Cheshire Wildlife Trust.

Mersey Rivers Trust will be on hand to educate and show children what is living in the rivers and streams nearby.

Friends of Lindow Moss will be running a treasure hunt and a competition in which you can win some prizes.

Cheshire Wildlife Trust will have games and activities for children as well as details about membership.

The local moth group are bringing moths that they have caught.

They'll be nature based crafts and games too!

Hope to see you there !

We'd ask you to walk in if at all possible. If you are driving, please park sensibly as not to annoy our neighbours.
